Nuns in fashion are surprisingly common, but that doesn’t mean photographers don’t deliver gold with the idea from time to time. For proof? Check out this spread from the German edition of Vogue a few years ago. Although I’m not the hugest fan of Masha’s face in some of these shots, the clean and striking lines of the garments and the eerie use of shadow make it a keeper.
